About Us

A Firm Built on One Standard, Since 1995.

Robert Lauzon founded this firm on one idea: clients deserve a partner who knows them, not a rotating staff of unfamiliar names. Three decades later, his daughter Sarah carries that same standard forward as a partner alongside him.

Our story

Real relationships, not a rotating staff.

Lauzon & Lauzon was founded in 1995 by Robert Lauzon, on a simple standard: real relationships, not a rotating staff of unfamiliar names. Three decades later, that standard hasn't changed — even as the firm has grown to work with cash-pay medical practices, real estate investors, and high-net-worth families across the country.

We work with a deliberately limited number of clients at a time. That's not a constraint we work around — it's the model itself. A partner does the work on your account, and a partner answers when you call, whether you're a small business down the street in Flagstaff or a direct primary care practice in another state.

As we've grown, our commitment hasn't shifted: integrity, real expertise, and service that stays personal no matter how far our reach extends. We're building for the long term — for our clients, and for the firm.

“Every relationship we build starts with a conversation, not a contract. I'd rather earn your trust one year at a time than promise you everything on day one.”

How we work

Business is personal.

At Lauzon & Lauzon, business is personal. We see our work as more than compliance — it's helping clients navigate their most complex financial decisions with clarity.

Our office is in Flagstaff, Arizona, and we work with clients throughout Northern Arizona and nationwide — in person when it makes sense, over Zoom when it doesn't. Either way, you're working directly with a partner.
